The one with colorful shoes

Sometimes you notice someone's shoes, those bright colorful ones.
It's highly probable they're on a creative's feet. This blog isn't about these shoes,
but rather the work produced by the people who wear them. Although, occasionally,
the odd shoe might pop-up as well.

I was in London last week (the reason for the lack of posting) for a much needed holiday, and head reset. While I was there, I found this great shop in Spitalfields, full of fantastic antiques and oddities, and was finally able to buy my much wanted letterpress letters. Make sure, if you’re in London to visit Elemental for some original and unique buys. If you can, go on a Sunday, and visit the Spitalfields Sunday (Up)Market at the Old Truman Brewery. You’re wallet will feel lighter at the end of the day, but you’ll be one happy spender ;) Good “World” food to be found to!

Don’t know yet what you fancy for dinner? Nibbledish might help, basically it’s an online food-lover community who share, comment, and rate each others recipes. The one seen in the picture is “Chocolate Berry Brownies”, I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but it does look delicious ;) What better place to be creative than in the kitchen?

Whether your feeling or not the economical crisis, one of these days, you’re sure to go through a change of scenery in your work place. Maybe you’re downsizing or upscaling, moving or just refurbishing…whatever the reason, creative agencies and studios don’t look the same for very long. “This Ain’t No Disco” is a website dedicated to showing what people all over the World are doing with their spaces. Lot’s of inspiration is to be found, and given.
